If an account is suspected of misuse, Lagom Hem reserves the right to suspend or terminate it without notice.

Listing requirements

Sellers must ensure:

Listing removal

Lagom Hem reserves the right to remove any listing that:

• Contains misleading or fraudulent information.
• Violates product eligibility rules.
• Has been flagged by multiple users as problematic.
• Promotes off-platform transactions in a deceptive manner.

Repeated violations may lead to account suspension.

Seller responsibilities

• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Honour agreed-upon sales.
• Provide truthful information and avoid price manipulation.
• Clearly communicate payment methods and terms.

product eligibility

To maintain quality and integrity, only specific products are allowed on Lagom Hem:

• Second-hand furniture and décor.
• Imperfect or customer-returned items in a usable condition.
• Items must comply with legal safety and compliance standards.

Prohibited Items:

• Counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent goods.
• Hazardous materials, including recalled items.
• Products that violate local laws or intellectual property rights.
• Services, digital products, or non-tangible goods.

Listings that violate these policies will be removed, and repeated violations may result in account suspension.

buyer protection and dispute resolution

• Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.
• Payments must be agreed upon directly between buyers and sellers.
• Lagom Hem does not intervene in disputes but encourages users to communicate openly.
• If a buyer believes a listing is fraudulent, they can report it for review.
• Disputes between users must be resolved independently.

• Sellers may opt into paid advertising or subscription plans for premium listings.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Users must adhere to respectful communication standards:

• No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour.
• No spam, scams, or misleading messages.
• No requesting personal payment outside of agreed terms.
• No excessive solicitation of sales outside of listings.

Violations may result in account restrictions.

prohibited conduct

Users must use Lagom Hem responsibly. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Posting false, misleading, or deceptive information.
• Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.
• Fraudulent transactions or attempts to scam users.
• Using automated tools or bots to scrape, spam, or manipulate the platform.
• Circumventing fees or misusing advertising features.

Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension, or legal action.

Lagom Hem is a neutral intermediary and is not responsible for:

• The quality, legality, or authenticity of listed products.
• Delivery, returns, or refunds between buyers and sellers.
• Any loss, damage, or harm resulting from transactions.
