introduction

1.1. Welcome to Lagom Hem (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our online marketplace platform (the “Platform”). These Terms apply to all users, including:

  • Sellers listing products for sale on the Platform.
  • Buyers purchasing products through the Platform.
  • Corporate subscribers using paid subscription services for enhanced listings or promotional tools.
  • Visitors and browsers who access the Platform without registering an account.

By accessing or using the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or a guest browser, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Jurisdiction: These Terms apply only to UK-based buyers and sellers. If you access the Platform from outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

1.2. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

These Terms incorporate other policies, terms and conditions that apply to you when you use features, which include but are not limited to:

  1. Your use of the Platform is governed by the Lagom Hem Terms of Use, and we process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. If you receive from us any information from, about or that can be associated with a User by any means other than via the Lagom Hem Platform, your use of such information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
  3. Access to certain Features may require you to meet the requirements set forth in the Commerce Eligibility Requirements. Products or services that you display, promote, offer, market or sell through the Platform must comply with our Commerce Policies. We may modify each from time to time in our discretion.

definitions

2.1. “User” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform for personal purposes, whether as an account holder, registered subscriber, or a browser without an account.

2.2. “Listings” refer to advertisements posted on the Platform for the sale of second-hand, imperfect, or customer-returned home furniture and décor.

2.3. “Subscription Services” refer to any paid services or premium features offered by Lagom Hem.

2.4. “Content” refers to any text, images, videos, or other material submitted by Users.

2.5. “Commerce Features” refer to any tools, services, or functionalities provided by Lagom Hem to facilitate the buying and selling of products on the Platform. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Listing tools for creating and managing product advertisements.
  • Visibility enhancements, such as featured listings or promoted content.
  • Buyer-seller messaging tools for communication.
  • Any additional services offered to assist in marketing, audience reach, or listing management.

Commerce Features do not include financial transactions, payment processing, or delivery fulfilment, which remain the sole responsibility of buyers and sellers.

2.6. “Service” refers to the Lagom Hem website, marketplace, and related applications operated by Lagom Hem Limited, including https://lagomhem.com and https://marketplace.lagomhem.com.

user eligibility

3.1. Users must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Platform. By using the Platform, the User confirms that they are 18 years or older.

3.2. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and when interacting with the Platform. The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Lagom Hem reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for providing false information or violating these Terms.

3.3. Users subscribing to paid services agree to provide valid payment information and authorise Lagom Hem to charge the applicable fees. Subscription fees are payable in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually, as specified at the time of subscription) and will be automatically charged until the subscription is cancelled. Additional fees may apply for optional premium features or services, which will be clearly outlined at the point of purchase. Further details on pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are available in the Subscription Terms or as displayed on the Platform.

nature of the service

4.1. Lagom Hem operates as an advertising platform for third-party sellers and does not hold stock or manage deliveries.

4.2. We do not guarantee the accuracy of Listings or the quality of products sold through third-party sellers.

4.3. Subscription Services may offer additional features such as priority listings, enhanced visibility, or other benefits. Subscription details, including pricing, are available on the Platform.

4.4. Lagom Hem reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Subscription Services at any time without prior notice.

our services

5.1. We may modify or discontinue our services at our discretion. For free services, we reserve the right to make changes or cease operation at any time without prior notice. For paid services, we will provide users with reasonable notice of any material changes, and in the event of significant modifications that negatively impact the service, users may have the right to cancel their subscription and request a prorated refund as per our Subscription Terms (section 9 below).

5.2. We provide our Features as a convenience to you. The Features, including but not limited to tools we provide that allow you to view information about past transactions, offer Incentives or to calculate default delivery rate, tax rate or other data, are provided as a convenience only. You use them at your sole discretion and risk. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors or liabilities that may arise out of their use.

5.3. If you choose to use a third-party service provider to assist with managing your use of the Platform (e.g., listing management, payment processing, marketing tools), you are responsible for ensuring that they comply with these Terms.

A “Service Provider” means any third party that directly or indirectly provides services to you or on your behalf in connection with your use of the Platform. You remain fully responsible for any actions or omissions by your Service Provider, and any failure by them to comply with these Terms will be deemed a breach by you.

In certain circumstances, to enable integration with a third-party system (such as automated listing software, external payment providers, or analytics tools), you or your Service Provider may need to provide us with login credentials, API keys, or access permissions. By doing so, you grant us the necessary rights to use these credentials solely for the purpose of integrating and operating the relevant services.

We are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or liabilities arising from the use of such credentials, including incorrect data syncing, loss of access, or unintended transactions resulting from integrations. You should ensure that any credentials shared are accurate and properly managed to maintain security.

5.4. We may test improvements that affect your use of our services. From time to time, we test improvements to our audiences and delivery systems, which may affect how your Seller Content is displayed or your use of Features or other services. Testing is designed to improve the effectiveness of our service, but we are not responsible for any impact to you that may arise from it.

5.5. We may use automated means to help optimise your listings and content. These means may include use of the Platform or allowing us to use automated software and create test credentials to retrieve information from domains, web pages or other URLs that you provide. We or any entity acting on our behalf may access, index, cache, analyse or crawl, including through use of automated software, the domains, web pages or URLs associated with your Seller Content in connection with our Features, enforcement of our Commerce Policies or both. If you provide URLs or similar content in connection with Seller Content, you grant us – and any entity acting on our behalf – the right to access, index, cache, analyse or crawl the URLs and the content available through such URLs or any portion thereof, and based on your account settings, pull updates periodically from such URLs to create, augment or update your Seller Content.

5.6. Our role. While we may provide certain services to enable transactions or assist with dispute resolution, Lagom Hem is not a payment processor, financial institution, or escrow service. We do not hold, process, or guarantee the transfer of funds between buyers and sellers.

We have no control over and do not guarantee the performance, legitimacy, or actions of any buyer, including their ability or intention to pay for products or services listed on the Platform. All credit risk and financial liability rest solely with the seller.

Lagom Hem does not verify the identity of buyers, the source of their funds, or their financial reliability. Sellers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before proceeding with any transaction.

user responsibilities

6.1. Lawful Use
Users agree to use the Platform in a lawful, honest, and ethical manner. Users must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities, including but not limited to:

  • Creating Listings: Users must ensure that all listings provide accurate descriptions of items, including condition, pricing, and availability. Listings must not contain false, exaggerated, or deceptive claims.
  • Interacting with Other Users: Users must not engage in misleading, aggressive, or deceptive practices when communicating with buyers or sellers, such as misrepresenting an item’s condition, making false claims, or attempting to manipulate transactions.
  • Payments and Transactions: Users must only offer items they genuinely intend to sell and must not list non-existent or fraudulent products. Sellers must not request payment through unapproved or off-platform methods that circumvent Lagom Hem’s policies.
  • Spam and Unauthorised Content: Users must not post irrelevant, duplicate, misleading, or spam listings, advertisements, or messages.
  • Restricted and Prohibited Items: Users must not list or sell items that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, or violate Lagom Hem’s Prohibited Items Policy.
  • Impersonation and False Information: Users must not create fake accounts, impersonate others, or submit
  •  Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or interfere with its operation.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights, including by listing counterfeit or unauthorised products. fraudulent identity or payment information.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, removal of listings, or legal action, depending on the severity of the breach.

 6.2. Account security and access

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including usernames and passwords. Users must:

  • Ensure that only authorised individuals access their account.
  • Notify Lagom Hem immediately if they suspect unauthorised access or a security breach.
  • Take appropriate security measures, such as using strong passwords and enabling additional security features if available.
  • Be solely responsible for any actions taken under their account, whether or not authorised by them.

Lagom Hem is not responsible for unauthorised access, account misuse, or losses resulting from compromised credentials.

6.3. Accuracy and validity of user data

Users agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering and using the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Profile details, contact information, and payment details.
  • Listings, descriptions, images, and pricing for items offered for sale.
  • Any other content submitted to the Platform.

Lagom Hem is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of user-provided data. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all information they provide is true, lawful, and compliant with these Terms. Any false, misleading, or incomplete data may result in listing removal, account suspension, or termination.

Dispute Resolution Process

6.3.1. User responsibility for disputes

Since Lagom Hem operates as an advertising platform only, any disputes regarding listings, payments, deliveries, refunds, or product quality must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.

6.3.2. Reporting a dispute

If a dispute arises, users may report it via the Platform’s reporting feature or by contacting customer care team at contact@lagomhem.com. Users should provide:

  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Relevant transaction details (e.g., listing ID, payment confirmation, communications).
  • Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, delivery tracking, item photos).

6.3.3. Lagom Hem’s limited role in disputes

  • Lagom Hem does not act as a mediator, payment processor, or arbitrator in disputes.
  • We may review disputes reported to us and, at our discretion, take action such as removing fraudulent listings or suspending users who violate our Terms.
  • However, we do not provide refunds, financial compensation, or guarantee transaction outcomes.
  • Any financial claims should be pursued through payment providers, banks, or legal channels.

6.3.4. Fraudulent or misleading behaviour

If Lagom Hem determines that a user has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or bad-faith behaviour, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate their account.
  • Report violations to relevant authorities, payment providers, or law enforcement agencies.
  • Share dispute details with affected parties if necessary for resolution.

intellectual property

7.1. Lagom Hem’s Intellectual Property

All content created by and belonging to Lagom Hem, including but not limited to the Platform’s branding, trademarks, logos, design, look and feel, and proprietary technology, is the property of Lagom Hem or its licensors. Users may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of Lagom Hem’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

7.2. User-uploaded content

The Platform allows users (sellers and buyers) to upload content, including product listings, images, and descriptions. Lagom Hem does not claim ownership over user-generated content. However, by posting content on the Platform, users grant Lagom Hem a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute the content as necessary to operate and promote the Platform.

7.3. Intellectual Property in listed products

  • Sellers retain all intellectual property rights in their own original products.
  • Where applicable, intellectual property in products sold on the Platform belongs to the manufacturer, brand owner, or rights holder. Sellers must not infringe on third-party IP rights when listing items.
  • Lagom Hem does not review or verify ownership of product IP, and any disputes regarding intellectual property must be resolved directly between the rights holder and the seller.

7.4. Seller Warranty and IP Compliance

By listing goods on the Platform, sellers warrant and represent that:

  • They own or have lawful rights (e.g., distribution rights, licences, or reseller agreements) to sell the products they list.
  • The products do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., trademarks, patents, copyrights).
  • They are not selling counterfeit or unauthorised goods.

Lagom Hem reserves the right to remove any listings that violate intellectual property laws, suspend accounts engaged in repeat violations, and report suspected infringements to IP rights holders, authorities, or enforcement agencies as necessary.

your products and services

8.1. You must comply with our terms and all applicable laws when you use Features. Your products and services, Seller Content and use of Features must comply at all times with these Terms, our other applicable terms and policies, and applicable laws, rules and regulations. You agree that you are solely responsible for determining that the Features are suitable for your intended use.

8.2. Sales of counterfeit or pirated products and sales prohibited by government sanctions are strictly prohibited. Without limiting the generality of the policies set forth above, you are expressly prohibited from displaying, promoting, offering, marketing or selling counterfeit or pirated products or services through the Features. You may not use the Features in connection with any activities, individuals or entities that are located in a country or region that is subject to comprehensive UK sanctions law or in a manner that would otherwise violate applicable UK or non-UK trade sanctions laws.

8.3. You are responsible for providing customer service to Users in connection with your products and services. You are responsible for providing, managing, paying for and fulfilling any sales, warranty and customer service, returns, refunds or accommodations to Users in connection with your use of a Feature.

8.4. Any incentives that we provide do not modify these Terms. You agree that we may offer to fund promotions, discounts or other incentives (“Incentives”) to you or directly to Users to encourage engagement with Product Listings or Seller Content, and that our funding of Incentives does not violate any other agreement that you have or alter your obligations under these Terms.

8.5. You are responsible for ensuring the integrity and safety of your products and services. As between us, you are solely responsible for any defect or non-conformity in any product or service that you offer and for complying with any recall or safety alert, or similar direction or notice, with respect to any product or service related to your Product Listings. You agree to promptly remove any Product Listing upon issuance of any recall or safety alert, or similar direction or notice, or claim of infringement of intellectual property rights with respect to products or services relating to your Product Listings.

8.6. We may review your Seller Content to ensure the integrity of our services, but this does not change your obligations to us or to Users. These reviews may include automated or other audits of your Seller Content to verify compliance with these Terms and applicable law, but do not mean that we assume any responsibility or liability, or otherwise agree to modify your responsibilities and liabilities under these Terms and applicable law.

subscription payments, renewals, and cancellations

9.1. Subscription Services

Lagom Hem offers paid subscription services that provide Users with additional features, such as priority listings, enhanced visibility, or other benefits, as described on the Platform at the time of purchase.

  • All subscription fees are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, users agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.
  • Lagom Hem is not responsible for payment failures or transaction disputes arising from Stripe’s services.

9.2. Fees and Billing

  • Subscription fees are payable in advance and will be charged on a [monthly/annual] basis, as specified during sign-up.
  • Users must provide valid and up-to-date payment information. By subscribing, the User authorises Lagom Hem to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis.
  • If a payment fails or is not received, we may suspend or terminate the subscription until full payment is received.

9.3. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle the User to a refund for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.
  • Upon cancellation, the User will retain access to subscription features until the end of the current billing period.

9.4. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If a service is discontinued or significantly altered in a way that materially impacts the User, a pro-rated refund may be issued at Lagom Hem’s discretion.

9.5. Changes to Subscription Services

Lagom Hem reserves the right to modify subscription features, pricing, or terms.

For material changes that negatively impact the service, Users will receive at least 30 days’ notice, and they may cancel their subscription before the changes take effect.

If a price change occurs, Users will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel before being charged the new rate.

liability and disclaimers

10.1. No Warranties and Platform Availability

Lagom Hem provides the Platform and the Service “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • That the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Access may be subject to downtime, maintenance, system failures, or external disruptions.
  • The performance, visibility, or success of any listing, advertisement, or content posted on the Platform. We do not guarantee that any item will sell or that users will generate revenue.
  • That the Platform is free from technical errors, bugs, or inaccuracies. Users are responsible for checking their listings, content, and transactions for correctness.
  • That any information, including listings, descriptions, pricing, or advertisements, is accurate, complete, or error-free. Lagom Hem is not liable for errors, omissions, or misleading content posted by users.

Lagom Hem is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from Platform use.

Users agree to indemnify Lagom Hem against claims arising from their use of the Platform, including breaches of these Terms, tax obligations, and third-party disputes.

10.2. Platform Role and Seller Responsibility

  • Lagom Hem operates solely as an online marketplace platform that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction, nor do we act as an agent, reseller, distributor, or intermediary on behalf of sellers.
  • All contracts of sale are formed directly between the seller and the buyer. Lagom Hem is not responsible for the fulfilment, delivery, quality, or condition of any product listed on the Platform.
  • Lagom Hem does not process payments, hold funds, or provide financial protection for transactions. Any disputes, refunds, or claims must be handled between the buyer and seller directly.

10.3. Compliance with Consumer Protection Laws

  • Sellers must comply with all applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to laws relating to cancellations, refunds, warranties, misleading advertising, and statutory consumer rights.
  • Business sellers offering goods or services to consumers must provide legally required disclosures, including the buyer’s rights under relevant laws.
  • Lagom Hem does not verify or enforce compliance with consumer protection laws. It is the sole responsibility of business sellers to ensure they meet legal obligations.

10.4. No Liability for Buyer-Seller Transactions

  • Lagom Hem bears no responsibility for disputes arising from faulty goods, misrepresentation, failure to deliver, or breach of contract by sellers.
  • We do not guarantee buyer payments, refunds, or chargebacks. Sellers bear all risk for non-payment or disputes.

10.5 Indemnification

In addition to and without limiting the scope of the indemnification obligations set out in the terms and policies listed in Section 1 above:

A. Users agree to indemnify and hold Lagom Hem harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from:

  • Claims brought by buyers, third parties, or regulatory bodies against Lagom Hem relating to a User’s activities on the Platform, including but not limited to:
    • Product liability claims (e.g., defective, unsafe, or misrepresented goods).
    • Breach of consumer protection laws (e.g., failure to provide refunds, misleading advertising, or statutory rights violations).
    • Intellectual property infringement claims (e.g., unauthorised sale of copyrighted or trademarked goods).
    • Tax claims (e.g., failure to collect, report, or remit applicable sales taxes).
  • Any breach of these Terms by the User, including non-compliance with our policies, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity.

This indemnification applies only to claims directly related to the User’s activities on the Platform and does not cover disputes solely between buyers and sellers where Lagom Hem has no involvement.

B. Tax Compliance and Indemnification

  • Sellers are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable taxes, duties, levies, or surcharges arising from sales made via the Platform, including but not limited to VAT, GST, customs duties, and sales taxes.
  • Lagom Hem does not provide tax advice, process tax payments, or assume liability for tax compliance related to transactions conducted on the Platform.
  • Sellers acknowledge that they must comply with all relevant local, national, and international tax laws, including those applicable to cross-border transactions and overseas sales where additional tax obligations or import/export restrictions may apply.

Indemnification for Tax-Related Claims

  • Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Lagom Hem harmless against any claims, penalties, fines, or liabilities arising from:
    • Failure to collect, report, or remit applicable taxes.
    • Non-compliance with VAT, GST, or sales tax obligations in any jurisdiction.
    • Disputes or regulatory actions initiated by tax authorities related to the seller’s tax obligations.
    • Misrepresentation of tax-exempt status or incorrect application of tax rates.
  • This indemnification applies to any claims brought by tax authorities, government agencies, or other third parties due to a seller’s non-compliance with tax laws.

account suspension and termination

11.1. Breach of Terms and Account Suspension

Lagom Hem reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account that violates these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of any obligations, warranties, or representations set out in these Terms.
  • Failure to comply with intellectual property rights, prohibited content, or consumer protection laws as required.
  • Engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices on the Platform.
  • Repeated violations of listing policies, user conduct rules, or payment obligations.
  • Attempting to circumvent Platform policies (e.g., off-platform transactions to avoid fees).

Suspension or termination may occur with or without notice, depending on the severity of the breach. Users may appeal a suspension by contacting customer care team at contact@lagomhem.com.  

11.2. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting customer care team.

11.3. Effect of Account Termination and Subscription Cancellation

  • Active Listings: Upon termination of a User’s account, all active listings will be removed from the Platform and will no longer be visible to other users. Any in-progress transactions must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller, as Lagom Hem does not manage disputes post-termination.
  • Subscription Fees & Refunds:
    • If an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable, and the user forfeits access to any remaining subscription period.
    • If a user voluntarily terminates their account, they will retain access to paid subscription features until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription.
  • Subscription Cancellation via Stripe:
    • Users must cancel their subscription via Stripe through their account settings before terminating their Lagom Hem account.
    • Failure to cancel the subscription separately may result in continued charges, even after the account is closed.
    • Lagom Hem is not responsible for processing subscription cancellations on behalf of users.
  • User Exit Rights & Cancellation Process: Users may terminate their account at any time by submitting a request via their account settings or contacting customer care team at contact@lagomhem.com.
  • Outstanding Obligations: Termination does not absolve users of any outstanding obligations, such as pending payments, legal disputes, or unresolved transactions related to their use of the Platform.

compliance with third-party policies

12.1. Independent Third-Party Policies

Users acknowledge that transactions, integrations, or services conducted via the Lagom Hem Platform may be subject to third-party platform policies (e.g., Facebook’s Commerce Product Merchant Agreement, Stripe’s Payment Terms, or other external service providers’ terms).

Lagom Hem has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, these third-party policies, their enforcement, or any changes made to them. Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with such policies when using relevant third-party services.

12.2. No Liability for Third-Party Decisions

  • If a third-party platform modifies, restricts, suspends, or terminates access to its services (e.g., Facebook removing a listing, Stripe declining a payment), Lagom Hem is not responsible for such actions and has no ability to override these decisions.
  • Users should review and comply with the applicable third-party terms of service, as failure to do so may affect their ability to use certain features on the Lagom Hem Platform.

12.3. User Responsibility for External Agreements

  • By using any third-party integration or service via the Platform, users agree to be bound by the relevant third-party terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

Lagom Hem does not guarantee compatibility, continued availability, or uninterrupted access to any third-party services integrated with the Platform.

amendments to terms

13.1. Lagom Hem reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform with the “Last Updated” date amended accordingly.

13.2 Material Changes: If a modification creates new liabilities, increases user obligations, or significantly alters user rights, Lagom Hem will provide reasonable advance notice (e.g., via email or in-app notification) and allow users to either:

  • Accept the updated Terms to continue using the Platform; or
  • Reject the changes by ceasing use of the Platform and, if applicable, cancelling their account and/or subscription before the changes take effect.

13.3 Non-Material Changes: Changes that are administrative, clarifying, or non-substantive (e.g., updates for legal compliance, wording improvements) may be made without prior notice.

13.4 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any material amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

governing law

14.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall relate only to the user’s contract with Lagom Hem and not to disputes between buyers and sellers or any third parties.

Disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved directly between the parties involved, as Lagom Hem is not a party to such transactions and assumes no liability for disputes regarding product quality, payments, refunds, or delivery issues.

Any dispute between a user and Lagom Hem concerning the use of the Platform, the interpretation of these Terms, or any related legal claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Users agree that disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

general legal provisions

15.1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or regulator, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.2. No Waiver

Failure by Lagom Hem to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of its right to do so in the future.

15.3. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Subscription Terms, and any other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Lagom Hem regarding the use of the Platform. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or representations.

15.4. Force Majeure

Lagom Hem shall not be liable for any failure to perform, delay, or disruption in service due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory changes, war, strikes, pandemics, or failures of third-party service providers.

15.5. Assignment

Users may not assign, transfer, or delegate their rights or obligations under these Terms without Lagom Hem’s prior written consent. Lagom Hem reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

15.6. Survival

Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, indemnities, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall continue in effect after the termination of a user’s account.
