For items listed by commercial sellers, you may be directed to the brand or retailer’s website to complete your purchase. 

Upgrading your account is quick and easy, and you can do it by heading to your profile, clicking on ‘my account’, and selecting the plan that suits your needs. If upgrading first time, you will have a 30-day free trial to try it.

Please note that if you upgrade your membership level to a higher level during the trial period, you will be automatically charged the monthly membership fee.

Use the marketplace search or browse by category. You can also filter listings by location and condition to narrow down what you’re looking for.

Once your account is registered, go to My Listings in the marketplace and follow the steps to add your item.

Then be very clear about whether Lagom Hem ever handles payment itself. Your privacy policy currently says Stripe processes payments and subscriptions, so you need to distinguish membership payments from product purchases very carefully.

• Protect your personal information — only share the details genuinely needed to complete the transaction.
• Report concerns — if a listing or interaction doesn’t seem right, please contact Lagom Hem so we can review it.

For items sold by a brand or retailer, you may be directed to their own website to complete your purchase. Their payment, delivery, returns and consumer terms will apply.

Lagom Hem reviews listings before they are published, but buyers and sellers remain responsible for agreeing and completing individual transactions.
