Do I have to create an account?
You can browse the listings without creating an account, however, if you’d like to contact the seller, add items to your wishlist or advertise your items, you will need to register. Creating your account is easy and takes only a minute. And your free account comes with 1 free listing – forever!
How do I create my account?
Click on ‘register’ button in the top right corner of the marketplace and input your details – name, email address and create your password. You will not be able to post a listing until your account is approved. This is to ensure that all users receive the same experience.

How do I upgrade my account?
Upgrading your account is quick and easy, and you can do it by heading to your profile, clicking on ‘my account’, and selecting the plan that suits your needs. If upgrading first time, you will have a 30-day free trial to try it.
Please note that if you upgrade your membership level to a higher level during the trial period, you will be automatically charged the monthly membership fee.
How does the purchasing process work?
Once you have selected the item you’d like to purchase, you will be able to communicate with the seller or, if the user is a commercial seller, you will be directed to the external website to complete the transaction and arrange delivery or collection.
Can I sell my own items on the platform?
Yes! If you are looking to sell your preloved items, please head to your account and list it from there. You will be able to list one item for free when you sign up.
What makes Lagom Hem unique?
Unlike other marketplaces, you don’t have to be a member of specific groups and you can browse all items without needing to create an account.

How do I create a listing?
Once you’re registered, you will see ‘my listings’ on top bar. This is where you can also manage your listings.
Why is my listing's approval status showing as 'pending'?
To ensure that the platform is user friendly, every listing is subject to approval before being published. You will receive a notification once your listing has been approved.

How do I search for items I am interested in?
Click on ‘search’ in the top menu bar and input the item in the search bar or browse using categories. You can also filter by location and condition of the item.
